We’re a fan of a big block engine and this 427 cu in V8 Chevrolet Camaro (that’s SEVEN litres to us Brits!) must have sounded awesome, especially with the work that had been done to it. Street Machine featured the car in March of 1988, but what happened to LNF 489V after that?
There’s no way, surely, that a car of this level of awesome ended up at the scrapyard, so it must be tucked away somewhere, awaiting a restoration that will let it relive its days of glory. Please tell us we’re right.
If this is the case, what state is she in? The DVLA website, as you can see from this VehicleSmart screenshot, says it hasn’t been taxed since 1993. That’s a long time…
