At first glance, this looked like it might land somewhere around guide. That’s usually where these sit — solid interest, but not always fireworks.
But once bidding got going, it became clear there was a bit more appetite in the room.
The bidding didn’t explode — but it didn’t stall either.
That’s often the difference. When a car keeps moving without hesitation, it usually means there are at least a couple of buyers properly in the game.
In this case, it pushed on just beyond guide — not a huge jump, but enough to raise eyebrows.
The Astra GTE has always been one of those cars.
