Ford Escort Mk3 1.3 L

From the seller: “Escort mk3 1.3 L B reg 1984

This is a restoration project.
I purchased it a few years ago and it had been sat on a hard standing outside for 20 years.
I have got it running and the engine sounds good, so it starts and drives and actually still has brakes that aren’t seized on!
Ideal project for someone especially being a 2 door shell.
It needs a fair bit of welding but I have certainly seen a lot worse mk3’s and it’s well worth saving.
Inner and outer sills need replacement, all floor pans need attention or repair panels putting in, battery tray and rear arch’s.
The fuse box, bulkhead, chassis rails, roof, a pillars, boot floor are all still really good.
The front wings will even go again.
This is also a 1.3 cvh 5 speed, told these are pretty rare and normally 1.3 ovh with a 4 speed box.”
