From the seller: “Here we have a very sort after Escort MK1 2 door. DOR 1.3.73 L reg. V5 in my name, full tag plates.
I have owned her since Jan 2014.I bought her to fully restore and as you can see most of the work is done.The list is extremely long but here goes:Fitted with New Mexico front wings, front panel, cross member, both front rad supports, slam panel, front top suspension plates, under wing pans, AVO pan sides, front suspension reinforcements, bulkhead side panels, complete floor, inner and outer sills, A Post panels, chassis sections, wheel well and tank well panels, rear panel, full rear scuttle, under door panels, rear lower corner panels. 1600 XF engine fully reconditioned, 4 Speed gearbox fully reconditioned.
Has full Webasto roof, all glass present inc front and rear screens with rubbers. Genuine set of 13” RS alloys full refurbished, Mexico 2dr front and rear seats present, Lights all present, All suspension parts present, prop shaft and rear axle present, Steering parts present, brake Servo present, Hand brake present, brake pipes will need replacing. RS steering wheel present, 6 Dial clocks and ignition lock present. Boot lock present, door cards and rear quarter cards present. Carpet and roof lining missing. All engine auxiliary components present inc Webber Carbs, fuel tank present, wiring looms present, cooling system present inc Radiator, heater blower, pipes, water pump and fan. Will need new exhaust system and front and rear bumpers. “
