Seller listing states “Complete car, rot free chassis – surface rust only. Rarely used, garage stored for 40 years. Almost road legal rolling restoration project. Copper brake pipe work, new brake master cylinder and front calipers. New headlights.
Hard top roof included, soft top replaced and in great condition. 5 spoked wheels, 4 steel wheels, Overdrive gearbox fitted, spare original gearbox. Stainless steel exhaust. Good compression readings on all cylinders, Note: engine requires full service- misfiring when idling at around 800rpm hence the black smoke. Runs ok under load. DIY respray completely needs re doing. under bonnet/inner front arches have been hand-brushed.”
