A 1996 Ford Escort RS Cosworth with just 3,091 miles went under the hammer — and this one had all the signs of something special.
Originally ordered as an executive car for Richard Parry-Jones, head of Ford of Europe’s R&D division at the time, it also came with the kind of provenance collectors look for.

Having spent most of its life in temperature-controlled storage, it presented in what can only really be described as ‘as new’ condition — something that’s becoming increasingly rare.
