Barn Find Of The Day – Rolls Royce Wraith

We thought we’d go a bit ‘posh’ with our Barn Find Of The Day today and you don’t get much posher than a Rolls Royce, surely?

This particular old girl looks to have been sitting unused since 1973, but still looks in remarkably good shape!

The car was built in 1939 and only a few were ever made (did it stop production because of World War 2, maybe?). There can’t be many on the road….I don’t think we’ve ever seen one before.

The seller states that the engine turns over, but he has made no attempt to start it, which is probably a good thing in this case. Damaging that particular engine could prove very costly!
