1962 Wolseley 1500 Garage Find

This poor old Wolseley 1500 has languished in a garage for a couple of decades and, as you can see, has suffered due to a leaky roof. Spares car or restoration? The choice is yours…

From the seller: “My dad has recently passed away and this was his. He has had it in a garage since 2005 ish. Unfortunately as seen in the last photos the roof had failed and the car is heavily corroded.

I can’t tell you much more about it.

The tyres are hard, the wheels are turning and we can help load it onto your trailer.

I have applied for the V5c. Will be passed on when it arrives back from the dvla.

No keys. No other paperwork or history.

May have some salvageable parts on for someone. Has the engine fitted but condition unknown.

In my opinion this is to far gone for a restoration.”
