I’m old enough to remember when the Hillman Imp was a common car, but it never really appealed to me. Now, I see them in a totally different light!
From the seller: “welcome to the auction of a rough old Hillman imp that’s been stood for many years . The previous owner drove it to the place it stayed . I haven’t got the time to mess about with it , the engine spins over freely but the car does need a lot of work . It does have twin carbs on it and a few spares apparently this is a good model as it has reverse lights , cloth trim and fancy hub caps . The car will repair again with welding . The logbook needs applying for but keys are present .”
