We see a lot of barn find cars for sale and there are a few that make us instantly shout “That needs saving!”; this Vauxhall Firenza is one of them!
From the seller: “1971 Vauxhall Firenza 2000 SL Coupe
Owned by my father since 1976, has been barn stored since mid 1980’s. Has been in an open lean-to for last 10 years.
Complete with Logbook (from 1976!)
Requires extensive restoration, but it’s good enough to save, not a parts car.
Bonnet is rotten, doors open and close freely, door gaps are good. Brake calipers have been removed and wheels turn freely, calipers are in the car. No keys, ignition barrel removed, boot is locked, no key to open it.
Interior in good condition, rear seat has a slight tear.”
