Back in the day, this Vauxhall Astra would have been quite the car, but it now needs work to relive those glory days.
From the seller: “This car was one of the very last to come off the production line and is packed with goodies including Sports Seats, GTE Front Bumper, Digital Dash and Electric Roof to mention a few.
We bought this car around 10 years ago with the intention of dropping a heavily tuned C20LET engine in her and finishing off the GTE look, alas it hasn’t happened so far and the rust has started taking over, so with a heavy heart have decided it is time to let her go.
The car will need transporting as both rear springs have broken and the arches are actually touching the wheels, also the front wheels have metal valve caps and I can’t get them off to pump the tyres up.
We are selling the car exactly as it came out of the storage unit, haven’t tried getting it running as after 10 years sat didn’t want to do any damage to the engine.”
