This Ford Mondeo ST200 V6 24v is being sold as a project for full restoration having, been off the road for a number of years.
Seller listing states “It comes with the V5C registration document and has not been messed with in terms of modifications so is all original bar some lovely sounding exhausts. Full bodykit and no missing side covers. The car has black leather interior with original Recaro front seats and is equipped with power windows, original stereo, air conditioning, alarm and original ST200 front mats. The spare wheel looks to have never been used. Alloys seem to all be in great condition and are fitted with locking wheel nuts. Rear drivers side tyre is losing some air but slowly.
I just put a new Bosch S4-007 battery on it (£88) and also repaired a ball joint on the driver’s side (£145). Although stored I have regularly started it and the engine sounds lovely. Interior is beautiful just one small (pencil end sized) hole on driver’s seat but not obvious and an easy repair. Can be seen in photos it is just in front of the front-most seam on the driver’s seat base near the middle.
It is a project car and will need to be trailered away. It has been in storage a few years so I had it tested for an MOT knowing it would fail, but to show key areas as I want whoever buys it to be happy. I knew the underside would need work as it indeed does and I have absolutely nothing to hide so please see the photos and viewings can be arranged. Most of the suspension will need work and there is corrosion to remedy as well. The engine passed the emissions test though and the MOT tester commented on how good it sounds, although buyers to satisfy themselves as to vehicle condition.”
