If you’re after a Ford Escort XR3i, then this one has to be the Holy Grail! With just one lady owner from new, it’s going to attract a lot of attention.
From the seller: “What a little gem this is, rare one owner 1991 Ford escort Xr3i project which is unrestored, in need of light restoration.
The mileage is 119k, mot expired 6 years ago and it’s been in storage since. Engine starts first turn of the key and runs effortlessly with lovely warm heaters but will want new timing belt and service before returning to the road.
The bodywork is average for a 34 year old unrestored ford xr3i and requires attention in places to make perfect. Please study photos.
The interior is very clean and tidy with minimal wear, no holes in the parcel shelf, still has its original stereo and even has rare original white wheel trims from new with centre caps. Very retro.
The best thing about this Xr3i, its a one lady owner from new ? with zero previous keepers, fully hpi clear on all accounts.
If you are looking for a decent project, you may as well buy one thats been driven by the same owner from new, very rare to find one with 0 previous keepers. “

A proper spot at Anglia Car Auctions I popped into Anglia Car Auctions to drop a few bits off and, as always, had a quick wander. This 1975 Hillman Hunter GL immediately stood out. It’s heading into their June sale, and while it might not be the loudest car in the room, it’s exactly ...
You don’t need a car to feel nostalgic. Sometimes, it’s just a sign. A faded Castrol enamel. A worn RAC warning plate. Even an old ice cream board that’s seen better days — they all tell a story, and for a lot of people, they bring memories straight back. We spotted these going ...
