There are days when an eBay listing really catches your eye. Today, when I saw this 1986 Rover SD1 3500 Vanden Plas Auto, was one of those days!
From the seller: “Welcome to our auction for this 1986 Rover SD1 3500 Automatic Vanden Plas.
We recently lost a great man. Terry was the epitome of a Rover SD1 expert and enthusiast. He lived and breathed them, they were his passion and pride. He left us with 5 SD1 that we need to dispose of, (one has gone already) 2 garaged and 2 outside cars …along with more parts than I can list, see our other auctions for the other cars.
The parts will be listed at a later date but we have doors, electrics, alloys and tyres exhausts, dashboards, spoilers…the list goes on and on.
This particular car has been sat outside for years and hasn’t been Mot’d in a while, it probably hasn’t turned over in well over a year and has flat tyres.”
