Barn Find Of The Day – 1971 Mini Cooper S 1275

The seller states that this Mini Cooper S isn’t for the feint-hearted, but the pictures don’t look as bad as many of the other cars we’ve seen here at Barn Finds!

The engine isn’t locked-up, too, which is always a bonus with any car that has been stood a while.

This particular Mini does appear to have had a few period modifications, such as flared arches and a bigger carb. Take a look at the rest of the photos, by clicking the photo or link below – we think they add to the charm of this little retro pocket-rocket!

Cooper S Minis fetch a fortune in good condition these days, so it will be interesting to see what this one achieves at auction. Somebody out there will have the vision, skill, finances and determination to get this car back on the road….will it be you?
