1966 Mk1 Ford Transit Custom V4

From the seller: “Listing on behalf of a friend who recovered this personally after 43 years in a barn!

He knows very little about this van other than he was told that it was originally a local fish sellers van but was then converted into a camper. If you can supply any further information about this van, he’d be happy to hear from you. It appears to have a working factory drivers sliding door, a rear tailgate and a nearside side door, all of which are extremely rare and salvageable.

I’m told that the V4 engine appears to be complete and that the bonnet, front wings, cab/rear floor, spring hangers, dash, door cards and around the front screen are all in remarkably good condition! There are a lot of genuine and rare parts that are useable or if you are feeling brave, it would definitely be worthwhile saving her.”
