1965 MkII MG Midget

From the seller: “FOR SALE….my little baby, my first car! A 1965 MKII MG Midget in British Racing Green.

I bought her in 1985 when I was 19, and spent my time zooming up and down the Kings Road.

36 years later, its time I am afraid, for her to go.

Early on in our relationship, I had her undergo a major uplift and refurbishment – new floor pans, inner and outer seals, door skins, bonnet, re-spray, new brake servo and fuel lines etc.

I used the car almost daily for the next 10 years and then had her resprayed again in 1998.

However, the same old story – got married, got a house, got kids and the poor girl was left in the garage all on her own. Dry stored ever since.

We had her going a couple of years back but never carried on and it has been in the garage ever since.

She has been garaged always for all the 36 years I have had her.”
