1961 AUSTIN J2 SECURICOR VAN

In our opinion, this Austin J2 Securicor Van is one of the coolest vehicles currently for sale on eBay. It’s also historically significant.

From the seller: “Due to total change of direction,  this very rare Austin J2 Securicor van is up for sale.

It’s the only one surviving J2 from the fleet of 650. They were all scrapped in 1967 to be replaced by the Ford Transit. Securicor retained this one van for their heritage fleet,.

It comes with all original features,  including full uniforms x2, Securicor lock boxes with handcuffs, cash bags, exactly as it was in the day. Paperwork to confirm it’s the only one,  video shows the van on heartbeat in 2000″
