Offered at no reserve we have a 1956 Morris ISIS series 1 2693cc 6 cylinder column change manual gearbox. 3 former keepers from new, purchased by the last owner in its current state in 2012 with intention to restore but sadly hasn’t found the time.
A well worthwhile project, very solid, totally original and has never been welded.
UUO443 has covered 65k with 3 former keepers, sadly no paperwork with the car but dvla still carry records for the vehicle so applying for the v5 wont be an issue, last change of keeper was in 2012.
A quick google search on the reg bought up the following ‘UUO443’ was purchased by the second owner in 1976 with 31,000 miles on the clock and an unused spare wheel, sadly this spare wheel has since been mislaid.. He ran the Morris til 1998, it then sat unused in his garden til being sold in 2003 to a Morris enthusiast who planned on a simple recommission to bring the vehicle back to a roadworthy condition, sadly this didn’t happen and there is various photos of UUO443 sat outside a garage in Birmingham looking a little rejected…”
