It’s so rare to see a Mini Pickup these days. This one needs work, but you’ll have a valuable car on your hands when it’s done.
From the seller: “If you’ve a desire for one of these, and the ability to do it, you’ll get a cracking wee motor to work with. One to buy, restore and enjoy, relishing in the knowledge you have one of the rarest and desirable Minis out there. Originally blue, it needs a good bit of work, but take your time, enjoy the process and produce an ever increasing asset to be driven, stored or passed on.
Fresh fuel, clean plugs and dizzy cap has cleared the spluttering, although carb still needs set properly. Had it up and down the lane a few times, and runs really well. Looks, sounds and smells like a Mini should. It even brakes in a straight line! There’s no escape from the fact this needs a floor, either complete for ease and speed, or separate repair panels. The rest seems to be the standard Mini rust areas, although nothing that can’t be sorted with a bit of time.”
