1980 Mercedes 280E Auto ‘Barn Find’

The vendor states that this Mercedes 280E is a “Barn find, stored outside“. Looking at the photos, it’s definitely a project…

From the seller: “Bought a few years ago for a project just after lockdown, have not got time too work on it as well as other projects, would be amazing car once running.

Got it turning over but not starting upon first being bought but that’s as far as it gets. My understanding is the engine is a m110 and when looked up not many of the w123 E280 were made.

Number plate is include with the sale, did have it for sale up on a site for selling and was offered £1400 but with out MOT could not get the number off.”
